It's a nice time to have a chocolate truffle after dinner. They are naturally gluten-free unless you make a cake truffle using cake crumbs from a cake with you know flour, but I'm thinking about infusing the ganache with pumpkin pie type spices. And rolling them in chopped. Pumpkin seeds for example, that would be in keeping with the holiday. That would be a nice dessert.
