I sold my Excalibur 9 tray dehydrator last year and now I need to purchase a new one?

Oh, dear. I would call around with any friends and see if you can borrow them. I was working on a an R&D project for a cookbook author and I needed to have like three dehydrators. They were so much food to dehydrate and I put out an APB and friends were kind enough to let me use their Excalibur. So but as you know having the Excalibur is just beautiful. It does such a wonderful job.
