Is there a Rouxbe lesson on step-by-step on how to do non-oil sauté? Can it be made in any type of pan?

Answer:
It's the mushroom assignment, the no oil saute mushroom. But however, remember that, uh, if you have an allergy to, uh, mushrooms, there are many other vegetables, uh, that you can use. We suggest using a high water volume vegetable like zucchini or eggplant, uh, and just follow that technique and it works beautifully. Take seconds. I think, uh, everyone will agree here that it's probably the, uh, turning point of assignments where you realize the importance of a mis and plus, because that assignment moves at lightning speed.
