What is a good alternative for coconut milk/oil?

Answer:

I use very little coconut milk if I mean coconut oil, if at all. I prefer extra virgin olive oil for desserts except for my Italian desserts where, you know, the olive oil flavor is a plus. I use, um, one that's neutral, but coconut milk is, you know, has a lot of fat in it. And if you're going to substitute it, you're going to need a plant milk and you're going to have to add some fat to your plant milk.
