What settings do you use when you dry Meringue cookies in your Breville countertop oven?

Answer:

I either have the temperature at 225 and sometimes I just dehydrate them overnight because what you're doing with meringues is you're only drying them out. You're not really baking them. So that's what What I do that's what I do.
